These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The WealthPlan Club website, programs, services, content, events, and community (collectively, the “Services”), operated by WealthPlan Trading LLC (“WealthPlan,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, enrolling in any program, joining our community, attending an event, or otherwise engaging with The WealthPlan Club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our Services.

2. Educational Purpose Only

The WealthPlan Club is a private educational membership and mentorship community designed to support financial literacy, long-term thinking, and capital awareness. All content shared through our website, programs, community spaces, live sessions, emails, social platforms, and events is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Not Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

WealthPlan Trading LLC and its representatives are not licensed financial advisors, investment advisors, brokers, accountants, or attorneys. Nothing provided through The WealthPlan Club constitutes personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are encouraged to consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on your unique financial situation.

You acknowledge that:

You are solely responsible for your financial decisions and outcomes.
WealthPlan makes no guarantees regarding results, income, or performance.
Any examples, testimonials, or case studies are illustrative only.
Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

5. No Advisory or Fiduciary Relationship

Participation in The WealthPlan Club does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship between you and WealthPlan Trading LLC or its contributors.

6. Membership, Enrollment & Payments

Cohorts

Enrollment fees for Cohorts (including 60-day programs) are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Cohort enrollment is processed through Kajabi.

Subscriptions

Memberships may be offered on a monthly or annual auto-renewing basis.
Subscription refunds may be granted at WealthPlan’s discretion in limited cases.
You are responsible for managing your subscription and payment details.

Payment Processing
Payments may be processed through third-party platforms including Kajabi, Stripe, PayPal, or others. WealthPlan does not store or control payment credentials.

7. Community Standards & Conduct

The WealthPlan Club is a private community. You agree to engage respectfully and professionally.
Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:

Harassment or discrimination
Solicitation or unauthorized promotion
Spam or disruptive conduct
Sharing proprietary materials without permission

WealthPlan reserves the right to remove any member or content at any time, for any reason, without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All curriculum, frameworks, recordings, materials, documents, and content provided by WealthPlan are proprietary and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share WealthPlan materials without written permission.

9. Member Content & Media Use

By participating in The WealthPlan Club, including events and community spaces, you grant WealthPlan the right to:

Record, photograph, or capture your participation
Use content (including testimonials, likeness, or quotes) for marketing or promotional purposes

We respect member privacy and will remove content upon reasonable written request.

By attending WealthPlan virtual or in-person events, you acknowledge that:

Events may be recorded
Media may be used for marketing purposes
Attendance is voluntary and at your own risk

While we strive for accuracy, WealthPlan makes no warranties regarding the completeness or reliability of any content provided.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WealthPlan Trading LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in or reliance on our Services.
